We put great integrity and passion into Touch of OShea and believe, wholeheartedly, in the effectiveness of Our products.  Our reputation and the success of Our brand rests on making sure You are thoroughly satisfied with Your OShea Experience.  We do not accept returns, however if we fail to meet Your highest expectations, we will replace your specified item, or provide a full refund of Your purchase price for the item(s) indicated.  All we ask is that You make us aware of Your dissatisfaction within the first twenty-one (21) calendar days following Your purchase.  We will send a replacement of the item(s) indicated or  issue a full refund within five business days from the day we acknowledge receipt of your feedback.  Refunds will be issued back to the same payment form/method used for your purchase.  If You, as Our customer have more than two (2) reported instances of dissatisfaction, We will accept that we may not be the right fit for Your needs, and that's totally fine.
